权力框架下的翻译研究

按照福柯的观点,翻译研究作为一门人文科学,是权力关系下的产物。翻译研究历时与共时的发展,充分显示了其中所存在的权力网络关系和权力制约下的生存环境。对权力框架下中外翻译研究进行历史化和理论化的分析,可以帮助翻译学者们更清楚认识这门新兴学科的生存发展空间,从而本着平和、宽容的心态,采取更加合理的研究方法,使之走上健康的发展道路。

In the view of Foucault, translation studies as a human science isthe product of power relations. DiachronicaUy and synchronically, translation studies has indeed been developing in the service of the interwoven power discourses. This paper, historicizing and theorizing translation research, aims to help translation scholars gain a clearer idea of translation studies itself so that they, with more tolerance for cosmopolitanism and better research methods, will make this emerging discipline go a healthy way.
