摘要
从营销理论的核心思想——满足顾客、吸引顾客、留住顾客、创造顾客出发,对马来西亚导游员自我营销的理念和技巧进行了实证分析,提出了我国旅游业在经营中所需强化的诚信营销、情感营销和需求营销。
Supported by cases' demonstration, the article analyzes self-marketing concepts and techniques of guides in Malaysia. The key ideas of marketing theory are satisfying customer, attracting customer,keeping customer and exploring customer. So this paper emphasizes the marketing consciousness and skills of honesty, emotion and demand in our tourism industry.
