老年妇科疾病的腹腔镜手术应用(附75例临床分析)

目的探讨腹腔镜在老年妇科手术中的应用价值及安全性。方法回顾分析75例老年妇科疾病患者行腹腔镜手术的临床资料。结果本组75例老年患者中63例有合并症。73例顺利完成腹腔镜手术,2例中转开腹。结论随着麻醉和腹腔镜技的提高,充分做好围手术期准备,积极控制合并症,腹腔镜应用于老年妇科手术是一种安全有效的方法。

[Objective] To explore the practical evaluation of laparoscopy in old women gynecologic surgery. [Methods] The clinic data of 75 old women gynecologic surgery were analyzed retrospectively. [Results] Among the 75 old patients, 63 have complication. Laparoscopic surgery were performed successfully in 73 cases, the other 2 cases were changed to laparotomy. [Conclusions] With the improvement of anesthesia and laparoscopy, as long as we make better preoperative preparation and actively control the complications, laparoscopic surgery in old female is a safe and effective method.
