摘要
目前员工持股制度已经成为一种重要的企业产权安排的模式,然而对其有效性的争论也由来已久。人们在对员工持股制度与企业绩效的关系研究中得出了不同的结论,从而使人们对二者之间的关系感到困惑,因此需要有一种新的理论予以解释。本文从员工心理所有权的角度来理解员工持股制度与企业绩效之间的作用机理,以此推动员工持股制度更好地发挥其作用。
Today, although ESOP has become an important model of enterprise's property arrangement, it is a matter of disputation for a long time. When people research the relation between ESOP and enterprise's performance,they get inconsistent conclusions. So it needs a new theory to give a clear explanation. This paper explains the function mechanism between ESOP and enterprise's performance from the angle of psychological ownership so as to make full use of the ESOP, and at the same time it has the actual guidance significance for Chinese enterprises to practise the ESOP.
