肝癌栓塞化疗后严重并发症的分析

ANALYSIS OF SERIOUS COMPLICATIONS OF TRANSARTERIAL CHEMOEMBLIZATION FOR THE TREATMENT OF HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA

目的分析肝癌栓塞化疗后严重并发症的诱发因素,术后处理以及注意事项。方法总结分析了自1994年1月至2002年12月对832例中、晚期肝癌患者行2996例次经肝动脉插管化疗栓塞(TACE)的临床资料。结果7例发生了严重并发症,其中肝脏肿瘤破裂1例;急性肾功能衰竭1例;发生截瘫4例;导管打结1例。结论TACE术后可能发生导致患者死亡的严重并发症,需要严密观察病情变化,及时处理。

Objective To analyse the cause,post - operation administration, attention of serious complications of Transarterial chemoembolization（TACE） for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 2996 embolization procedures in 832 patients with HCC who presented from 1994 Jan to 2002 Dec. Results During the study period, 7 patients had serious complications. 1 patient had spontaneous HCC rupture. 1 patient received acute renal failure. 4 patients had paraplegia. 1 patient~ duct knotted. Conclusion TACE may conduce to serious complications. Some may conduce to death, although the incidence is low. It needs close observance and appropriate disposal.
