摘要
目的评价超声对肝外胆管癌的诊断和临床应用价值。方法对经手术病理证实的79例肝外胆管癌与超声结果进行了回顾性对比分析。结果超声定性诊断准确性86.08%,敏感性95.00%,定位诊断准确性93.67%。结论超声可较早发现胆管癌,可作为诊断胆道疾病的有效检查手段。
Objective To evaluate the accuracy of ultrasound and clinical application of extrahepatic bile duct carcinoma. Methods The sonographic images obtained from 79 cases with pathologically proved extrahepatic bile duct carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed. Result The correct rates of definitive diagnosis, sensitivity and localization with ultrasound were 86. 08%, 95.00% and 93.67% respectively. Conclusion Cholangiocarcinoma can be earlier detected with sonography. Sonography is an effective technique in diagnosing extrahepatic bile duct carcinomas.
