摘要 为了研究缩进距离对气液同轴离心喷嘴雾化性能的影响,提出了以“缩进角”代替缩进距离的观点,建立了三种不同的缩进混合室流动模型,从理论上分析了不同缩进距离对雾化特性的影响。以水和压缩空气为模拟介质,采用高速动态分析系统,对喷嘴一些雾化特性参数进行了测试,验证了所提出的理论,并得到了最佳雾化缩进距离的经验公式,可供工程应用参考。 To investigate the effect of recess on the spray characteristics of gas-liquid coaxial swirl injector, three different flowing models of recessed mixing chamber were built, and the effects of different recess distance on the spray characteristics were theoretically analyzed. Water and compressed air are used as the simulating models. High velocity dynamic testing system is used to test parameters of the spray characteristics. The theory proposed has been validated. An empirical equation of prime recess distance is deduced.
