进口总压径向畸变对扩压叶栅弯叶片流场性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为进一步探讨低速条件下弯叶片在扩压叶栅中的适用条件,用数值分析的方法研究了五种径向总压畸变的进口条件对扩压叶栅中弯叶片作用的影响。结果表明:进口总压畸变的型式能够影响弯叶片在扩压叶栅中的作用,影响分别为畸变层厚度的影响和主流区总压与端壁总压之差的影响。在一定的范围内畸变层越厚或压差越大,弯叶片对吸力面角区低通流区的密流增加越明显,从而更大程度地改善了端区的通流能力和流场性能,也极大地降低了叶栅损失。 Influences of five inlet total pressure radial distortions on the action of bowed blade are numerical investigated to further study the application conditions for bowed blade. It is found that the type of the inlet total pressure distortion affects the action of bowed blade. The effects include: distortion zone' s thickness and difference between total pressure in main flow and that near end-walls. When distortion zone is moderately thicker or the difference of total pressure is greater, the flow capacity is more evidently strengthened near end-walls after bowed blade is used. Consequently the cascade performance is improved and total pressure loss is reduced near suction comer to more extent.
