液体衰减反转恢复序列成像在弥漫性轴索损伤诊断中的应用
摘要
目的探讨液体衰减反转恢复序列成像(FLAIR)在弥漫性轴索损伤(DAI)诊断中的应用。方法将31例临床诊断和CT检查均考虑为弥漫性轴索损伤(DAI)的患者进一步行MRIT2WI、液体衰减反转恢复序列成像(FLAIR),比较其检测病灶的能力。结果液体衰减反转恢复序列成像(FLAIR)显示病灶的能力优于MRIT2WI和螺旋CT。结论液体衰减反转恢复序列成像(FLAIR)有助于弥漫性轴索损伤的诊断。
