摘要
目的总结利用显微技术治疗颅内动脉瘤的临床体会。方法回顾性总结显微外科治疗11例颅内动脉瘤的临床表现、CT/DSA、手术方法及时机和尼膜同的治疗情况。结果10例以SAH为首发症状,CT均证实。DSA检查发现11个动脉瘤,采用翼点入路,均成功夹闭瘤颈。结论对于SAH病人应积极进行DSA检查,术前、术后常规应用尼膜同。
Objective To introduce clinical knowledge of 11 cases intracranial aneurysm undertaken microsurgical treatment. Methods By retrospectively summarizing the clinical expression,CT/DSA、operation and the chance of operation,the treatment of Nimoton of 1 lcases intracranial aneurysm. Results 10 cases patients with SAH identified by CT.11 cases intracranial aneurysm identified by DSA received micmsurgical treatment by transpterional approach.Conclusions Patients with SAH should actively receive the inspection of DSA. Patients of operation should conventionally employ Nimoton before and after operation.
