熔淬法制备的Nd_2Fe_(14)B/α-Fe纳米晶复合永磁体的磁性能 被引量:1

Magnetic Properties of Nd_2Fe_(14)B/α-FeNanocomposite Permanent Magnetic Alloys by Melt Spinning

摘要 采用熔淬法制备了Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe纳米复合永磁合金。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)等分析方法研究了在不同淬速下Nd8.5Dy1Fe84Co1B5.5Ga1合金的相组成和磁性能。结果表明,16m/s的淬速获得了最佳磁性能:μ0Mr=973mT,Hci=523.2kA/m,(BH)max=112.7kJ/m3。 Nanocrystalline Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe two-phase magnets are prepared by melt spinning at different spinning speeds combining subsequent heat treatment. The phase component and magnetic properties of the ribbons were determined and measured by methods of XRD and VSM. Comparison of magnetic properties indicates that the optimum magnetic properties of Nd8.5Dy1Fe84Co1B5.5Ga1 with μoMr=973mT, Hci=523.2 kA/m, (BH)max=112.7 kJ/m^3 are obtained for sample with spinning speed of 16 m/s.
