摘要
开发了基于法拉第电磁感应定律的软磁薄膜磁滞回线测试系统,论述了这种系统的原理及硬件和软件的实现。该测试仪采用NI公司的LabVIEW软件、ADI公司的ADuC842单片机、直接数字频率合成(DDS)、系统误差、随机误差自校正等技术。该系统具有体积小、成本低、精度高、速度快、智能化程度高等特点。
In this paper, a hysteresis loop measurement system for soft magnetic thin film based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction is put forward, and the principle, hardware and software realization of the system are also described. By using LabVIEW of NI Corporation, microcontroller ADuC842 of ADI Inc, direct digital synthesis (DDS), system and random error self-calibration, the hysteresis loop of soft magnetic thin film is easily measured. The system is characterized by small cubage, low cost, high accuracy and intelligence.
