摘要
将NdFeB磁粉和粘结剂混合造粒,压制成?8mm×14mm的圆柱体,再固化制得粘结NdFeB磁体。研究了耐热粘结NdFeB磁体的配方和制备工艺。重点讨论了磁粉种类和粘结剂中热固性树脂及固化剂的种类对磁体室温和高温(180℃)力学性能的影响。结果表明,采用耐热树脂和合适的固化剂,可以得到在180℃抗压强度达到114MPa的粘结钕铁硼磁体。
NdFeB bonded magnets were prepared by compression molding. The composition and process of NdFeB bonded magnet for high temperature application have been studied. The effect of the sort of magnetic powder, resin and solidifying agent on the mechanical property at room temperature and 180℃ is discussed mainly in the paper. It shows that the compression strength at 180℃ of the bonded magnet using heat-resistant resin and optimum solidifying agent could reach to 114MPa.
