Property and service life tests of transmission synchronizer are important items inautomotive mechanical transmission rig test. Composition, working principle as well as design ofpneumatic speed shifting mechanism with program control of a self developed property and servicelife test rig for automotive transmission synchronizer, controlled by computer and monolithic pro-cessor are presented in the article.
