摘要
长春汽车研究所与有关单位合作,研制成功了含硅低锡铝合金轴承材料,该轴承装在WD615-67型发动机上,一次通过了500h全速满负荷试验,达到国外同类材料轴承的水平。探讨了轧制钢-铝合金轴承双金属的冷焊-热扩散结合机理。提出了轴承用双金属的结合类型。
The Changchun Automotive Research Institute has successfully developed a bear-ing material of silicon contained low tin aluminum alloy in collaboration with relevant partners.The bearing has passed a 500hrtop speed full load test while assembled in a model WD615-67 en-gine and reached international grade of bearings of the same kind material. The paper inquires intothe bounding mechanism of dual metal of rolled steel-aluminum alloy through cold welding-hot dif-fusion. A dual metal combination categories for bearing are recommended.
