摩托车的操纵拉索一般由钢丝绳和护套管组成。分析不同几何形状操纵拉索的受力情况。操纵拉索应尽可能平顺地布置和设计;在需要弯曲时,应尽量取弯曲半径大的走向,以降低钢丝绳和护套管间的摩擦力。
Generally, the control pull cable is composed of steel rope and protect casing. Stress analysis of control pulling cables with different geometry is done, from which it is concluded that the control pulling cable should be designed and arranged as smoothly as possible. When bending needed, better to adopt larger trend of bending radius so as to lower the friction between cable and casing.
