齿轮高频噪声产生的主要原因是齿形误差和基节偏差;低频噪声产生的主要原因是齿距积累误差。齿轮精度的选择主要是根据齿轮的使用工况和受力情况来决定的;齿轮的可靠性、噪声和寿命除和齿轮的设计、加工装配等因素有关外,还和齿轮的材料及热处理品质有密切关系。
High frequency noise of gears is mainly from tooth error and base pitch, and low frequency noise from accumulated errors of tooth spacing. Selection of gear accuracy depends on the application conditions of gears and stress (load) imposed. Reliability, noise and lifetime of gear is controlled by gear design, machining, materials used and heat-treatment as well.
