摘要
目的研究透明质酸钠(H A)的毒性。方法遵照中华人民共和国《化妆品卫生规范》、《食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法》规定的方法和原则进行实验。结果外用级HA(HA-T)和食用级HA(HA-F)急性经口毒性LD50>5 000 mg/kg,属实际无毒物质;HA-T对眼黏膜属无刺激性物质;HA-T对豚鼠皮肤未呈现变态反应。
Objective To study the toxicity test of sodium hyaluronate（HA）. Methods According to the methods and principle established in The Cosmetic Hygiene and Procedures and Methods for Toxicolohical Assessment on Food Safety of the People＇s Republic of China. Results Topical grade HA（HA-T） and food grade HA（HA-F） are innoxious substance, which acute oral toxicity LD50〉5 000 mg/kg; HA-T is no irritative to conjunctival; HA-T is no allergic reaction to the skin of the cavy.
