摘要
目的观察经瞳孔温热疗法(T T T)治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性(A R M D)的脉络膜新生血管(C N V)的疗效。方法12例12眼ARMD患者行TTT治疗,根据CNV的大小选择不同的光斑大小和能量,照射时间为60 s。结果A R M D经T T T治疗后,视力无明显提高,但黄斑出血、渗出、水肿减轻或吸收,眼底血管荧光素照影(F F A)显示大多数C N V渗漏减少或停止,原C N V瘢痕化。结论T T T治疗A R M D的脉络膜新生血管有效,但还需要更多的病例来评价治疗效果。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of transpupillary thermotherapy（ TTT ） for the treatment of choroidal neovascularization（CNV） in patients with age-related macular degeneration（ARMD）. Methods 12 eyes in 12 ARMD patients were treated with TTT for CNV. The laser spot size and energy were chosen according to the size of CNV and the exposure time for each spot was 60 s. Results The decrease or disappearance of leakage of CNV and its scarring were observed in most eyes in our study by fluorescein fundus angiography（FFA）. Hemorrhage, exudate and edema were decreased or absorbed. But no obvious improvement in the visual acuity was showed. Conclusion TTT seems to be an effective therapy for CNV in patients with ARMD. Additional prospective study with more cases is necessary to investigate its efficacy.
