换热器用烧结型复合粉末多孔涂层管研究

摘要 研究了在连续式烧结炉中烧结铜基复合粉末多孔涂层管的新工艺,并对其性能进行了测定。所制作的多孔涂层管厚度为0.2mm左右,孔隙率在50%-70%之间,当量半径60—90μm,多孔涂层管的沸腾传热系数达到光滑管的20倍左右。此方法最大优点是安全、高效,并且可以进行工业化生产,产品性能优良。 The new sintered process of porous coating tubes with composite powder based on copper powder in continuous sintering furnaces is researched and their performances are measured in this paper. The porous coating tubes obtained by the new process have a high porosity, their thickness are about 0.2 mm, their equivalent radiuses range from 60 μm to 90 μm and the boiling heattransfer coefficients are increased about 20 times. The most important advantage of this method is safe and high efficient. At the same time it is easy for industrial production and has a good quality.
