摘要
简要介绍了我国现行压力容器、压力管道定期检验规范体系,并与相应的API规范进行了对比分析。针对经济性与安全性、一般性与特殊性统一的需要,技术进步的需要和转变检验思路的需要,提出了完善我国现行压力容器、压力管道定期检验规范体系的思路。即:对一般性的压力容器和压力管道,沿用现行的压力容器、压力管道定期检验规范体系;对成套装置和特殊压力容器,建立包括风险评估、合于使用评价、在线检验检测的技术规范和标准的检验规范体系。
In this paper, the current periodic inspection regulation system for pressure vessel and pressure piping in China is briefly introduced, comparing to related API standards and codes and RPs. To meet the requirements of harmonizing economic and safety, harmonizing universality and particularity, technology developing, changing inspection concept, the thinking on improving of the periodic inspection regulation system for pressure vessel and pressure piping in China is promoted, that is establishing the inspection regulation system for unit or special pressure vessels, including risk assessing, fitness for service and online inspection, while continuing to use the current periodic inspection regulation system for common pressure vessels and pressure piping.
