摘要
用不同剂量的He—Ne激光和均强电场对水稻种子进行辐照、激发,并且选取不同的辐照时间,在实验室条件下进行萌芽培养实验,结果表明,经过He—Ne激光和适量均强电场辐射的水稻种子可有效的提高发芽率。探讨了影响发芽率的几种因素,并对激光和均强电场诱变的机理和生物学效应作了讨论。
lser and the 50kV high voltage even electric field ,the paddy seed with different dosage the He-Ne laser to carry on the radiation, and selects the different time,Carries on the expedite budding under the laboratory condition to growseedlings the raise. The result indicated,is suitable the He-Ne laser and the 50kV high voltage even electric field radiation seed may effective enhance the germination percentage. In experimental process, I have discussed the influence germination percentage several kind of factors gradually,And the mechanism and the biology effect which induces mutation or chromosomal change to the laser and the high voltage even electric field has made the discussion.
