尿道会师牵引复位术后导尿管留置时间的临床观察(附36例报告)

Observation the Lasting Time of Catheterization after Urethral Reunion Operation

目的探讨后尿道损伤早期安全、合理、有效的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析36例后尿道断裂患者行尿道会师牵引复位术(会师+Foley尿管牵引术)后留置导尿管9周的临床资料。结果36例中28例治愈,治愈率77.8%。8例失败,需二期手术治疗。结论尿道会师+Foley尿管牵引复位术操作简便、创伤小、并发症少,是早期处理后尿道断裂的首选方法。

Objective To explore safe and effective managements for posterior urethral disruption. Methods Early treatment of 36 cases of posterior urethral disruption with urethral reunion operation and a Foleycatheter traction were studied retrospectively. Results Among 36 patients with urethral reunion operation and a Foleycatheter traction, 28 had normal urination, the success rate was 77.8%. Failed in 8 cases, and they need a second session operation. Conclusions Urethral reunion operation has advantages compare to convenience, such as good effect, small trauma and less complications, and maybe the first-line treatment for posterior urethral disruption.
