his paper stresses on the research of the method of forecast and control of the vibration arising from the cutting precess of the axial parts. Through theoretical analysis and testing and investigation,the paper gives a method to forecast the vibration arising from the cutting of axial parts through the use of the parameter Ψ and draws a conchusion of changing the main axle speed to decrease the vibration.
