用于直线位移传感控制器的CPLD与单片机的混合设计

摘要 提出了一种基于CPLD(XC95108)和单片机(C8051F206)混合设计的直线位移传感控制器的方案.从通讯和控制两个部分,介绍了CPLD和单片机的设计和实现.实验证明,采用该控制器的测量系统能够正常工作,将采集到的数据进行精度分析,即可得到直线位移传感器输出电压的扩展不确定度和线性度.这对于提高其测量精度,扩大其测量范围具有重要的意义. A scheme of linear position sensor controller is presented based on the composite design of CPLD (XC95108) and single chip ( C8051 F206). The design and realization of CPLD and single chip are introduced through both communication and control sections. It is proved that the measurement system using the controller could work well. The precision analysis of the measurement data is made to get the uncertainty and linearity error of the output voltage of the linear position sensor, which have important sense for improving the measurement precision and expanding the measurement scope of the linear position sensor.
