珠江流域河流健康评价指标体系初探

Probe into the Index System for Evaluating the Health of the Rivers in the Pearl River Basin

珠江健康评价指标体系的研究是贯彻落实“当好河流代言人,维护河流健康,建设绿色珠江”的一项基础性工作。有了珠江健康评价指标体系,就可以据此开展珠江的健康状况评价工作,并为今后流域的治理、合理开发利用、有效保护以及科学管理提供决策依据。仅就珠江评价指标体系的建立进行初步探讨,希望能够抛砖引玉,逐步完善珠江健康评价指标体系,为下一步深入研究打下基础。

The research on the index system for evaluating the health of the rivers in the Pearl River Basin is the basic work to fulfill the task of being the spokesman of the rivers, maintaining the health of the rivers and creating the Green Pearl River. After the evaluation index system has been established, it will provide reference to the evaluation work of the health of the Pearl River Basin and to the water resources managemerit, rational development and utilization, the effective and scientific protection in the future. The evaluation index system has been studied primarily in this article to pave the path for the further improvement of the system.
