利用PASS监控我院医嘱合理用药水平的调研与干预研究

Investigation and intervention study on monitoring medication by using PASS in our hospital

目的利用PASS监控我院医嘱用药,以提高临床合理用药水平。方法回顾性分析我院利用PASS监控医嘱的情况,以黑色警示医嘱的修改比例为指标,用统计学方法进行干预前与干预后用药比较。结果与干预前比较,干预后黑色警示医嘱的修改比例有显著性提升,减少了潜在药物不良事件的发生。结论利用PASS监控医嘱有利于减少药物不良事件,防止用药差错。

Objective To monitor medical orders by using PASS so as to improve rational use rate of drug. Methods Analyze medication use by PASS with retrospective method, and statistically compare potential drug adverse events ratio before and after intervention using black-precaution- medication＇s revision as indicator. Results The percentage of black-precaution-medication＇s revision increased significantly after intervention comparing to before intervention, which decreased occurrence of many potential drug adverse events. Conclusion Monitoring medication using by PASS can help to reduce drug adverse events and prevent medication errors.
