摘要
目的建立测定枸橼酸钠抗坏血酸滴眼液中抗坏血酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用ODS柱(4.0mm×250mm,5μm),以0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液为流动相,检测波长为266nm。结果线性范围:5￣50μg·ml-1,平均回收率为100.24%,RSD为0.42%。结论本法简便、快捷、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Sodium Citrate and Vitamin C eye drops. Methods Analytical column was Hypersil ODS （4.0mm×250mm,5μm）.The mobile phase was composed of 0.05mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphated buffer solution.The detection wavelength was 266 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear within the concentration range of 5~50μg·ml^-1. The average recovery of Vitamin C was 100.24% ,RSD was 0.42%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
