摘要
民营企业上市公司的劳资关系的和谐是企业和谐构建的重要内容。作者在对泉州市上市公司的内部劳资关系调查的基础上,对民营上市公司的和谐建设过程中“以人为本”的人性化、制度化、法治化管理进行了深入地分析、总结和思考,提出了一些在和谐企业建设中的值得借鉴和推广的做法。
The harmony of labor-capital relations of private listing company is an important content of constructing harmonious enterprise. Based on the susvey on inner labor-capital relations of listing company in Quanzhou, the author analyses deeply the administration with humanity,systematization and legality of "taking human as the foundations" in the process of constructing harmonious enterprise of private listing company, and puts forward some methods in constructing harmonious enterprise to generalize for reference.
