由于加入世贸组织后,世贸组织规则已成为我国经济立法的一项重大依据,随着外部环境和内部机制的变化,必然对我国的宏观调控提出更高的要求,如何利用和遵循世贸规则,调整和完善我国的宏观调控立法,实现宏观经济目标,将是国内经济法学界面临的一个重大课题。

With China＇ entry into WTO, WTO nrles have become an important basis in our economic legislation. The changed conditions have called for higher demand for the macro-control in our country. How to obey and make full use of WTO nrles, adjust and perfect our macro-control law so as to achieve the macro-economic goal, will be an important issue in the economic law circles.
