保单质押贷款是保单所有者以保单作为质押物,按照保单现金价值的一定比例获得短期资金的一种融资方式。保单质押贷款可以分为财产保单质押贷款和人身保单质押贷款。保单质押贷款的借款人应为投保人。在借款人不能按期清偿债务时,债权人可以凭借质押保单实现自己的债权。

The impawning of guarantee slip is a mode of financing, through which the owner of the guarantee slip impawns the guarantee slip and acquires short-term capital according to cash value of guarantee slip. The impawning of guarantee slip can be classified as the impawning of property slip and the impawning of personal slip. The borrower should be the policy-holder. When the borrower can not discharge debt on time, the creditor can implement the creditor＇s fights by right of the guarantee slip.
