The application of multiple regression analysis helps to build the relation between deformation value and multi - factors in building deformation analysis. This paper, in regard to building deformation monitoring data processing by using multiple regression model, gives a method for determining the factors in multiple regression model, a model parameter estimation method by least square, and a significance inspecting method. The whole process of using this method is explained through data analysis and computation for a building deformation monitoring. Finally, the comparison of curves between true .measurement and forecasting and the improvement of the model are presented.
