摘要
目的探讨电针是三里穴对感染性休克大鼠血浆肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-10 (IL-10)水平的影响。方法取成年雄性SD大鼠35只按随机数字表法分为假CLP组、CLP组、是三里组、非经非穴组和迷切电针组,每组7只。采用盲肠结扎加穿孔(cecal ligation and puncture,CLP)法制备感染性休克动物模型后,以脉冲电流(2V,3Hz)连续刺激双侧是三里穴30 min。模型制备后4h取血,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测血浆TNF-a和IL-10水平。结果与假CLP组比较,CLP组、非经非穴和迷切电针组血浆TNF-α和IL-10含量都显著升高(均P<0.01),是三里组血浆TNF-α含量较CLP组显著降低(P<0.01),而IL-10无显著改变(均P>0.05)。结论电针是三里穴可以降低促炎性细胞因子水平,而对抗炎性细胞因子无影响,从而起到抗炎作用。
Objective To investigate the effect ofelectroacupuncture (EA) at Zusanli points on the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-10 (IL- 10) in rats with septic shock. Methods Thirty five SD rats were randomly divided into five groups (n=7): sham CLP group, CLP group, Zusanli points group, non-acupoints group and vagotomy and electroacupuncture(EA) group. "Zusanli" points were electroacupunctured with constant voltage (2V,3Hz) for 30 minutes immediately after the shock models were established. Blood was collected at 4 hour. Plasma levels of TNF-α and IL-10 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays. Results In CLP group,the levels of TNF-α and IL-10 were higher compared with the sham group (all P〈0.01). The differences of TNF-α and IL-10 level were not significant in non-acupoints group compared to those of the CLP group (all P 〉0.05). EA"Zusanli"points significantly reduced plasma TNF-α (P〈0.01). And compared with the levels of IL-10 in CLP group, there was no difference among other groups (all P〉0.05). Conclusion The results suggested that electroacupuncture at Zusanli points might produce an anti inflammatory effect on septic rats through restraining plasma TNF-α.
