克罗恩病基因型与表现型及其临床联系
摘要
炎症性肠病，包括克罗恩病（Crohn’s disease）与溃疡性结肠炎（溃结），其内科治疗的共同特点是以药物进行诱导缓解及相当长期的预防复发（维持缓解）治疗。炎症性肠病系多基因性疾病，具有复杂的表现型（phenotype）特点，其治疗效果在很大程度上取决于根据疾病的生物学行为所进行的合适的个体化治疗。本文就克罗恩病的个体化治疗进行讨论。
