白灵菇菌丝生长所需的营养及环境条件研究

为了研究白灵菇高产高效栽培技术,对白灵菇菌丝生长所需的营养及环境条件进行了研究。试验结果表明,白灵菇菌丝生长最适宜的碳源是蔗糖,最适宜的氮源是蛋白胨,最适宜的碳氮比是40:1,最适宜的无机盐是硫酸镁,最适宜的温度是25℃,最适宜的含水量是60%,最适宜的pH值是5.0￣8.0。

We have studied the nutrition and surroundings＇ condition of the growth of Pleurotus eryngii var.nebrodensis＇ hypha for its planting technology of high yield and efficiency.The result of experimentation showed that the most suitable carbon fountainhead of the growth of Pleurotus eryngii var. nebrodensis＇ hypha is sugar,the most suitable nitrogen fountainhead is proteose peptone, the most suitable carbon nitrogen fountainhead ratio is 40：1, the most suitable inorganic salt is MgSO4, the most suitable temperature is 25℃. the most suitable moisture content is 60%, the most suitable pH is 5.0-8.0.
