摘要
本文简述了目前我国医院信息系统之间数据交换与信息共享存在的问题,在研究和分析国际医疗卫生领域信息系统指标体系及交换协议(HL7)的组成与数据结构基础之上,提出了采用HL7消息构造器/解析器的方法,实现HL7本土化应用并保持与国际接轨,以解决我国医院信息系统之间数据交换与信息共享;建议以本土化HL7为基础,全面进行我国数字医院的建设。
The problems of data exchange between HIS（Hospital Information System） and information sharing in China was described in this article. Based on our researching into composing and data structure of the Health Level Seven （HL7） Standard for electronic data exchange in all healthcare environments, a method adopting HL7 message constructor/analyzer was put forward, which realized localization rebuilding of HL7 and kept pace with the development of HL7, to solve the problems of data exchange and information sharing among HIS（Hospltal Information System） in China. And it was also proposed that on the basis of localization of HL7, digital hospital should be constructed as a whole.
