对石钢2号高炉3号热风炉由内燃式改造为DS顶燃式的整个过程进行了分析,介绍了该热风炉大修前的准备工作、耐火材料的选用和砌筑,改造后烘炉曲线的制定和烘炉的技术要点,取得了较好效果。

The whole reformation of No. 3 hot blast stove of No. 2 blast furnace of Shi Steel from Cowper stove to DS top combustion stove is analyzed. It is introduced the preparation before the overhaul of the stove, selection of refractory materials and construction, how to lay down the drying schedule and the key techniques in stove drying.
