摘要
宣钢5号高炉的炉腹、炉腰、炉身采用铜冷却壁后,充分发挥了无钟炉顶优势,通过实施多环布料、扩大矿批、实现高压操作等措施,高炉强化效果显著,在无富氧条件下高炉的利用系数达到4.0 t/(m3.d)。
After the copper cooling wall used in bosh, belly and shaft of No. 5 blast furnace of Xuan Steel, its superiority of bell - less roof is brought into full play. Through measures such as multi - ring distributing, getting larger batch of ore charge, running a high - pressure operation and so on, the strengthening operation of blast furnace gets a distinguished effect: the productivity of blast furnace reaches to 4.0 t/( m^3 ·d) under the condition of without rich - oxygen.
