摘要
为实现自由曲面的在线检测,曲面的快速、精确测量及检测过程中的准确定位是首先要解决的问题,而基于测点的自适应生成则提供了准确而科学的测量手段,而基于质心和最小惯性主轴的配准则可解决在测量中难以定位的问题。该文以轿车门板为例进行了仿真研究,表明了所提方法的实用价值。
To realize in-process inspection of free curved-surface, rapid and accurate measuring for the curved surface and accurate positioning in process of inspecting are the first problems to be solved, spot-based self-adaptive generation provides accurate and scientific measuring approach, alignment based on gravity center and minimum inertia spindle can solve the difficult-positioning problem in measuring. In this paper, aiming at car outside door-plate, simulation is carried out, and the result validates the provided method
