羟丙基胍胶棕榈酸酯的合成及表征

Synthesis and Characterization of Hydroxypropyl GuarPalmiloyl Acid Ester

采用羟丙基胍胶与棕榈酰氯进行反应,合成出羟丙基胍胶棕榈酸酯。实验证明,羟丙基胍胶棕榈酸酯在苯等溶剂中具有良好的溶解性能。经单因素实验确定了较佳反应条件,用皂化法测定产物中酯的含量,并用红外和核磁谱图对产物进行结构表征。

Hydroxypropyl guar palmiloyl acid ester was synthesized by the reaction of hydroxypropyl guar with palmiloyl chloride, the optimum conditions of the reaction were determined. It was proved that the product could be dissolved well in solvent such as benzene. The content of ester was determined by soaponification method. IR and NMR were used to characterize structure of the final product.
