摘要
针对非织造复合材料模压成形的冷却过程,从材料、模具及成形工艺三方面探讨了影响制品冷却效果的因素.基于Laplace传热理论,建立了模压成形模具的三维稳态仿真模型以及制品的一维瞬态仿真模型.以汽车左右轮罩地毯为例,进行了三维数值模拟仿真及实验验证.轮罩地毯31个特征点的仿真结果在数量级及分布趋势方面均与现场测量数据比较吻合,证明了非织造复合材料模压成形冷却过程数值模拟的精度和实用性.
The influence factors of cooling stage for nonwoven composite thermoforming were analyzed from the aspects of material, mold cooling and processing parameters. The three dimensional steady numerical simulation model of the mold and the one-dimensional transient simulation model of the nonwoven composite part were built up based on Laplace theory. And the numerical simulation of cooling stage was applied in right/left wheel cover. The experiment was carried out to validate the simulation result. The simulation results agree well with the experimental data on 31 measurement points in both quantity and distribution trend. It was found that the accuracy and practicability of the simulation technology is acceptable.
