摘要
通过引入简单的二次函数并采用分段拟合的方法,将现有的制冷剂R410A饱和区物性快速计算公式的有效范围扩展到临界区.以REFPROP6.01的计算结果为数据源,对R410A的饱和区热力特性在饱和温度为213.15~343.32K(临界温度)的数据范围内作了拟合,给出了各个热力特性对应的显式快速计算公式.对比所得到的快速计算公式与REFPROP 6.01相应公式的计算结果和计算速度表明,前者比后者的计算速度提高了3个数量级,扩展后的快速计算公式的计算平均偏差小于0.04%,最大偏差小于0.12%.
By introducing a simple quadratic function and using a sectional fitting method, the effect data range of current fast calculation formulae for R410A saturated thermal properties was extended to the critical region. With this method, the explicit fast calculation formulae for saturated thermal properties of R410A, covering the saturated temperature of 213.15~343. 32 K(critical temperature), were presented. The calculation speed and the accuracy are validated by the comparison with REFPROP 6.01. The calculation speeds of the extended fast calculation formulae are three orders faster than those of REFPROP 6.01. The total mean relative deviation of the extended fast calculation formulae is less than 0.04% and the maximum relative deviation is less than 0.12%.
