我国县域经济差距的实证分析

Empirical Research on the Economic Disparity in Chinese Counties

以我国1999-2003各县、县级市的人均GDP、人均财政支出、城镇化率为基础,运用Theil指数来研究我国县域经济发展差距的变化情况。研究得出的结论是我国东中西部三个地区县域经济发展分别存在内部趋同,但地区间的差距却在扩大;我国经济从非均衡走向均衡需要多方面努力;经济差距和我国宏观经济政策变动的时间、趋势大体上是一致的。

Based on the per capita GDP, per capita financial expenditure, rate of urbanization and township in Chinese counties and county-level cities during 1999-2003, with the use of Theil index this article studies the changes in the development disparity in Chinese county-range economies. The conclusions drawn in the research are： Chinese county-range economic development has the internal convergence respectively in eastern, mid and western districts but with a wider and wider disparity among these regions; it needs extensive efforts for China to go out of non-balanced towards balanced economy; and the economic disparity generally agrees with the time and tendency of the changes in China＇s macroeconomic policies.
