双腔支气管导管常应用于湿肺手术麻醉技巧,起麻醉中两肺隔离作用和便于单肺通气,其插管操作是青年麻醉医师及进修医师感兴趣且经常讨论的内容之一。依据作者以往带教工作体会,从导管规格、导管检查、导管插入深度预测、气道阻力观察的意义等易忽略的基本注意事项提出了一些见解。

The double-lumen endobronchial tubes are usually applied to the anesthesia of wet lung operation for the isolation of both lungs during anesthesia and one-lung ventilation. Many young physicians of the department and on-theanesthesia training doctors are very interested in the intubatton. According to the past teaching experiences, some opinions are given in such aspects as the tube standard, pre-checking, estimation of the intubation depth and the significance of monitoring the airway resistance. These basic considerations are always easily overlooked by some young anesthetists.
