目的:探求一种CT导引、经皮穿刺活检针外固定的有效方法。方法:当活检针沿预置路径及深度进入穿刺活检靶点后,外固定器独特的空心圆台和布带设计可以有效固定活检针。结果:342例CT导引、经皮穿刺活检患者,通过外固定器固定活检针,329例取得了符合病理诊断要求的病变组织、成功率达到95.9%,可使其代替人工固定活检针。结论:简易充气式CT介入外固定是一种实用性强的介入辅助器材,并避免了医务人员和患者家属直接接触X线的危险,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore an effective methods for percutaneous biopsy needle fixing which is guided by CT. Methods After the biopsy needle gets to the destination along with the aforehand route, the unique designs of hollow cylinder and the strip can fix the biopsy needle effectively. Results In 342 cases of CT-GUIDED percutaneous biopsy, 329 cases get to the pathological organize which can make accord with pathological diagnosis requirement, and the rate of success is up to 95.9%. It can replace the artificial fixed device.
