Approach to Energy Saving Measures of Residence Buildings in Hot Summer and Warm Winter Zone

摘要 以可持续发展的观点,审视夏热冬暖地区住宅建筑的能耗所存在的问题。针对夏热冬暖地区特有的气候,特有的资源,提出住宅节能要强调对自然条件的充分利用;提高围护结构的热工性能;采用多种遮阳板等有效途径来改善住宅建筑的热环境。 In the view of the standpoint of sustainable development, the existing problem in energy consumption of residence buildings in hot summer and warm winter zone is examined. To be aimed at the special weather in Hot summer and warm winter zone, special resources, the effective measures for the residence energy saving, such as emphasis on the full use of natural conditions, increase in the performance of heat work for the cladding construction, adoption of various forms of solar shading, and so on, are put forward to improve the heat environment of residence buildings.
