插接式大模内置现浇外保温体系在高层贴面砖工程的应用

摘要 在墙体外侧做一保温层,不但保护了主体结构,延长了建筑物寿命,避免墙体裂缝,增加房屋使用面积,同时大大降低了能耗。但在高层建筑外墙外保温上粘贴面砖饰面,则采用的不多,嘉美风尚中心首次采用插接式大模内置现浇外保温体技术粘贴面砖则为高层建筑外墙外保温施工提供了一个可以借鉴的案例。 The external thermal insulation on the exterior wall has been encouraged by the government these years .It protects the main structure, prolongs the service life of building, avoids wall cracks, increases the usable floor area, and more important, reduces the energy consumption. This system has been accepted by researches and designers. However, the practice of putting the face tiles on this external insulation for high-rise buildings is rarely seen. The paper describes that in the Jiamei Fashion Center project the external thermal insulation system using integral cast-in-place technique with bolt-joining was applied for the first time to the facing tiles of high-rise building, which can be referred to in the future construction.
