中国吸引跨国外包的经济环境和政策研究

Research on the Economic Environment and Policies of China in Attracting International Outsourcing

本文首先近似计算在华跨国外包容量并识别实施跨国外包的动因;其次建立多元回归模型以验证各动因的贡献;然后基于通过检验的各动因建立吸引跨国外包的环境评价体系。利用该体系对中国及其三大经济圈的九省市进行纵向和横向的定量分析,得到了它们吸引跨国外包环境的分值和排名,最后分析了它们的内部结构并提出了相应的政策建议。

The total international outsourcing volume in China is first estimated. Then the influential factors of international outsourcing are identified with their degrees of contribution calculated through multiple regressions. Based on the identified major influential factors, an outsourcing attracting environment evaluation framework is established which is used to quantitatively analyze the economic environment of China. Further investigation of the trends and rankings indicates the development trends of transnational corporations＇ outsourcing practice in nine provinces or cities of the three economic regions in China. Research results and suggestions can be used as references for appropriate government departments in making corresponding decisions.
