摘要 为了探讨激励知识型员工的有效途径,文章针对现有研究中的一些不足,提出了员工导向文化、任务导向文化对知识型员工心理授权影响的研究框架,从理论上探讨了不同企业文化如何对知识型员工心理授权的内在状态及外在状态产生影响,以期为企业提高知识型员工的生产率提供理论指导。 In order to explore an effective approach to motivate knowledge - worker, the paper reviews the research finding, and points out the lacks of these researches. Then the authors draw a theory model ,and analyze the relationship of person orientation culture , task orientation culture and knowledge -worker's psychological empowerment , the authors wish to give some theory guidance for corporate to improve knowledge -worker's effectiveness.
