牛磺酸对新生儿窒息后缺氧缺血性心肌损害保护作用的初步探讨

Effects of taurine on newborn with hypoxic ischemic myocardial injury following asphyxia

目的:初步探讨牛磺酸(Taurine)对新生儿窒息后缺氧缺血性心肌损害的保护作用。方法:56例窒息后缺氧缺血性心肌损害新生儿分为治疗组29例和对照组27例,在其他治疗措施相同的情况下,治疗组加用口服牛磺酸干预,疗程10～14d,观察治疗过程中心肌酶谱肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)、心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)、心电图及病儿症状体征的变化。结果:治疗组在促进心肌酶谱、心电图恢复到接近正常水平,改善病儿症状体征及促进病情恢复等方面优于对照组。结论:牛磺酸对新生儿窒息后缺氧缺血性心肌损害有保护作用。

Objective： To study the effects of taurine on newborn with hypoxic ischemic myocardial injury following neonatal asphyxia. Methods： Fifty-six cases with hypoxic ischemic myocardial injury following neonatal asphyxia were divided into two groups, control group receiving routine therapy for myocardial injury, and therapy group receiving taurine for 10-14 days. The changes of symptoms, physical signs, electrocardiograms, CK-MB and cTnT were investigated before and after the treatment. Results： Treatment with taurine can improve the symptoms and physical signs of hypoxic ischemic myocardial injury following neonatal asphyxia and promote the recovery of electrocardiograms, CK-MB and cTnT. Conclusion： Taurine can protect hypoxic ischemic myocardial injury following neonatal asphyxia.
