牛磺酸对新生儿窒息后缺氧缺血性心肌损害保护作用的初步探讨

摘要 目的:初步探讨牛磺酸(Taurine)对新生儿窒息后缺氧缺血性心肌损害的保护作用。方法:56例窒息后缺氧缺血性心肌损害新生儿分为治疗组29例和对照组27例,在其他治疗措施相同的情况下,治疗组加用口服牛磺酸干预,疗程10~14d,观察治疗过程中心肌酶谱肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)、心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)、心电图及病儿症状体征的变化。结果:治疗组在促进心肌酶谱、心电图恢复到接近正常水平,改善病儿症状体征及促进病情恢复等方面优于对照组。结论:牛磺酸对新生儿窒息后缺氧缺血性心肌损害有保护作用。 Objective: To study the effects of taurine on newborn with hypoxic ischemic myocardial injury following neonatal asphyxia. Methods: Fifty-six cases with hypoxic ischemic myocardial injury following neonatal asphyxia were divided into two groups, control group receiving routine therapy for myocardial injury, and therapy group receiving taurine for 10-14 days. The changes of symptoms, physical signs, electrocardiograms, CK-MB and cTnT were investigated before and after the treatment. Results: Treatment with taurine can improve the symptoms and physical signs of hypoxic ischemic myocardial injury following neonatal asphyxia and promote the recovery of electrocardiograms, CK-MB and cTnT. Conclusion: Taurine can protect hypoxic ischemic myocardial injury following neonatal asphyxia.
